Bryant is an unincorporated Jackson County community spread across the top of Sand Mountain at roughly 1,630 feet — about 3,600 people over some fifty square miles of plateau, close enough to the Tennessee line that AL-73 north out of town becomes SR-377 and drops toward New Hope and South Pittsburg. The community was known first as Jamestown, has kept a post office since 1891, and still runs on farm time: chicken houses, cattle pasture, row crops, and timber, with Bryant Elementary and Mountain View Christian Academy schooling the kids and the Bryant Community Building on AL-73 hosting local gatherings. Work here is property work — retiring a poultry house, tearing down a barn that has leaned one year too long, gutting a farmhouse for the next generation, clearing storm timber off pasture. It is also a long way from any rental yard except ours: TriState Dump It runs Sand Mountain out of the Bridgeport–Stevenson valley, and Bryant is a regular route, not a special trip. Fourteen-day rentals, flat pricing with the tonnage terms stated up front, and drivers who know plateau roads and farm gates.

Every Bryant rental includes delivery, pickup, disposal, and 14 days on site:
$250 with 2 tons included. For a shop or garage cleanout, a single-room farmhouse remodel, or the limbs and brush a mountain storm leaves across the yard.
$325 with 2 tons included. The size for a small barn or equipment-shed tear-down, a multi-room cleanout, or a roofing job on a Bryant ranch house.
$415 with 2 tons included; extra weight bills at $75 per ton and extra days at $10 a day. Whole-farmhouse cleanouts and estate work land here — house contents plus a garage, in one set.
$625 with 4 tons included. Poultry-house and barn demolition, whole-farm cleanouts, and land-clearing support — the box you order when the job is measured in structures, not rooms.

Flat local pricing: $250 for the 12-yard, $325 for the 16-yard, $415 for the 20-yard, and $625 for the 30-yard. Delivery up the mountain, pickup, disposal, and 14 days are included. Weight over your included tonnage is $75 a ton and extra days are $10 a day — the only two extras that exist, both published here before you book.
A small equipment barn usually fits the 16-yard once the tin and lumber are broken down. A full-size barn or a poultry house wants the 30-yard, typically with a swap partway through — its 4 included tons also matter, because demolition wood and roofing tin stack weight faster than they stack volume. Call (256) 548-6021 with the building's rough dimensions and we will call the size honestly.
Bryant is unincorporated Jackson County, so a container on your own property needs no permit at all. Public-road placement is the only scenario that involves the county, and on Bryant's farm properties it essentially never comes up — there is always a driveway, a barnyard, or a field edge that works.
That is most of what we do up here. Long driveways off AL-73 and the county roads, gates, gravel lanes, and pasture-side placements are normal Bryant work. Tell us about low limbs, soft turns, or a gate the truck has to thread, and the driver arrives knowing the property instead of discovering it.
Yes — brush, limbs, fence rows, and clearing debris are accepted loads. Two practical notes: stumps and root balls are extremely heavy, and dirt should not be loaded as fill. For big clearing jobs on the plateau, a 30-yard with planned swaps beats overloading a smaller box past its tonnage.
Hazardous items: paint, chemicals, batteries, tires, fuel, oil, asbestos, electronics. On farm cleanouts the usual suspects are old fuel drums, pesticide containers, and paint — those stay out and need their own disposal route. Lumber, tin, wire fencing, appliances, and household junk are all fine.
Fourteen days come with every Bryant rental, and farm projects that stretch — weather, harvest, a contractor's schedule — extend at $10 per day. Call before the pickup date and there is no scramble and no late scramble fee, just the published daily rate.
Two tons with the 12-, 16-, and 20-yard containers; four tons with the 30-yard. Loads are weighed on a scale, and anything past the included amount bills at $75 per ton on the actual ticket — you pay for your load's real weight, never an estimate.
Yes. From Bryant we run the whole north end of Sand Mountain and the valley below it — Flat Rock and Higdon to the south, Stevenson down the mountain, and South Pittsburg just over the Tennessee line via SR-377. One company covers the farm and both valleys around it.
Farmers are some of our steadiest Bryant customers — tear-downs, cleanouts, and storm work — and contractors building or remodeling on the plateau use us for job-site containers with swaps timed to their crews. If you run recurring work, call and we will set up the standing arrangement.
Yes. A farm cleanout is exactly that mix: furniture and household contents alongside lumber, tin, fencing, and tools. Load heavy items first and keep the hazardous list out, and one container can clear the house and the barn in a single set.
Book on our online booking page — size and date, a few minutes — or call (256) 548-6021 and talk through the property with someone who knows Sand Mountain access.
Pick a firm, fairly level spot with room for the truck to back in and set the container — a driveway apron, gravel pad, or barnyard corner. Move vehicles and equipment out of the path, open the gate if there is one, and keep the spot clear of low limbs where you can. That five minutes of prep is the difference between a two-minute set and a shuffle.
Filled early: call for a swap and an empty container replaces the full one on the next route. Over weight: the overage is weighed and billed at $75 per ton, no penalties attached. Demolition jobs hit one or the other most of the time — both are routine, and neither one is a surprise charge.
Farmhouse renovations and estate settlements on the mountain often need a household's contents parked somewhere dry for a few weeks. Our mobile storage units run $175, billed every 28 days, set right on your Bryant property — no driving to a storage facility in the valley.
Construction crews, farm work, church and community gatherings at the Bryant Community Building — our porta potty rentals are $140, billed every 28 days, delivered clean to the top of the mountain and serviced on route.
